1.2. Purpose & legal basis for processing your personal data
We process your personal data to be able to carry out the necessary processing of the inquiry such as support questions.

Processing of ordinary, non-sensitive personal data takes place pursuant to the data protection regulation Art. 6 pieces. 1, letter f. (legitimate interest).

1.3. Receipt & Storage of your personal data
We can only receive personal data about you if you provide this to us yourself, whether this happens by using the contact form on the website, by sending it by e-mail to our support or by creating an account to use our service.

We store your personal data in our systems if there is a legal basis for this, after which it is deleted. Cf. the Bookkeeping Act, we must store your personal data continuously year +5 years in order to be able to document purchases.

  In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data
