1.  Subscriptions

• Free
  Create a Free Basic account and upgrade to a paid subscription whenever you want to. You may use the free subscription for as long as you want. Please notice that the free basic account subscription in the near future might will be removed. Already active accounts using this subscription will always be free.

• Paid
  Your subscription period starts immediately after payment and continues until it has been canceled. A canceled subscription will continue to the end of the purchased billing period. Please notice that a prepaid period is non-refundable.

• Upgrade/downgrade subscription
  You can always upgrade and downgrade your subscription on your account. A changed subscription will continue to the end of the current purchased billing period. Please notice that changing a prepaid subscriptions is non-refundable.

• Cancel subscription
  You may cancel a subscription anytime you want on your account. Please notice that a prepaid period is non-refundable and that your profile automatically will be downgraded to Basic unless you active select otherwise.

• Decline user
  DataFeed reserve the right to refuse you as a current or future user of our service and only DataFeed can determine this.

2.  Payment Methods

• Payment
  is done on a secure https connection (SSL encryption). All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. All payments are done using Stripe.com as our payment provider, read more about their security

• Invoice
  Find these after login in the top right corner menu under Plans > Invoices

3.  Create & Delete account

• Create
  On creating an account, you must type in a valid email as the system makes a validation before the profile is being activated. All login information, passwords, etc. are confidential and may not be disclosed or used by anyone other than yourself. Abuse of this can result in immediate termination and damages claim.

• Delete
  If you choose to delete your account, please notice that all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered! DataFeed cannot in any way be held responsible for the deleting of the account. Any prepaid period is non-refundable.

4.  Data and Reliability

• Data loose
  DataFeed cannot be held responsible for loss of any data on the user’s website, computer, laptop, mobile, smartphone or anyplace else for that matter.

• Backup of data
  DataFeed makes daily backups but cannot be held responsible for loss of data of any kind. DataFeed recommend that users to make a backup of the product data by themselves.

• XML or API
  Our service work either with uploading a XML file manually or with the use of API. Please know that DataFeed will do everything we can to protect your data. DataFeed are using an API (secured with a private/public key) in your webshop to extract information and synchronize these together with you user information on each selected Sale Channel and vice versa. These steps are necessary for our API service to function correctly.

5.  Merger or sale

• DataFeed may, without further notice to you, merge or sell DataFeed.dk

6.  Force Majeure

• DataFeed
  is not responsible for losses caused by force majeure, including legal requirements, regulatory actions or the like, failing power supplies, lack of telecommunications, fire, smoke damage, explosion, water damage, vandalism, burglary, terrorism or sabotage, strike, lockout, boycott, blockade or if someone illegally gains access to the data sent through our service etc. This applies even if DataFeed or any of its subsidiaries is a party or in part party to the conflict, and even if the conflict affects only part of DataFeed functionality. DataFeed is under no circumstances liable for malfunctions, loss of data, loss of profits and therefore can never be financially responsible for anything. In any dispute, a lawsuit can only be held in Denmark under Danish law.

7.  Terms of use

• The current terms of use can always be found on our website. DataFeed reserves the right to change these without further notice. When creating a free or paid account on DataFeed you automatically accepted these terms of use and are applied hereby.
